Recruitment Process

 

  • Sourcing of Candidates - On receipt of Manpower requirement from our Cients, we source candidates through advertisement, Data bank , Job portal and headhunting.

  • Preliminary Screening - Our Technical Recruitment Managers screen the candidates in line with the Job descriptions provided by our Clients and shortlist the candidates for forwarding Cv's to clients / final interview of our Clients.

  • Assessment Centre - Our staff is certified for running Assessment Centre , Behavioural interviews and conducting Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). For clients requiring these services, we extend this service to our Clients.

  • Trade Test / Interview - We Schedule Trade tests / Interview by our Clients as per Client’s specification, for selecting the right talented personnel. For example, Full fledged Practical test for Welder categories are being conducted, as per WPS of Clients – Only those candidates who pass Root pass is allowed to further continue the practical welding test to complete filling and capping. Further the test coupon is subjected to Radiography (RT) and only those qualified in Radiography alone are selected for Welders trade.

  • Final Selection List - On Completion of Trade Test / Interviews, We receive from our client, Final Selection List Of Candidates.

  • Medical Fitness - On receipt from our Clients the Final selection list of candidates to be mobilized , those candidates undergo Medical formalities with Panel Doctors and their Medical fitness report is informed to the Clients.

  • Police Clearance Certificate - Police clearance certificate is obtained, if Embassy requires the same, depending upon the country for which the candidate is mobilized.

  • Consulate / Embassy Formalities - On receipt of Visa for the selected candidates, we do Visa stamping formality on Passport of Candidates at the concerned Embassy.

  • Immigration - Visa stamped passports are submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance for travel of candidates.

  • Air Ticket booking - Air Ticket booking is done for travel of candidates and date of travel is communicated to the Client.

  • Orientation to Candidates Mobilized - The candidates are given brief orientation about the Company, Project site, laws and regulations of the Country of placement before their departure to country of Placement.

  • Departure - We handover to the candidates, their departure file which contains copy of their Bio-data form, Employment Contract, Visa stamped passport with Emigration clearance, copy of Insurance and Ticket. We confirm the Departure details two days in advance to the client to enable them to arrange for Airport pickup of the candidates upon their arrival at Placement country.
